The following emails are the final correspondence between Billy Jack and myself which transpired a month after the last emails I posted.
Billy apparently felt the need to email me after I posted a video of his "shoot interview, " as you’ll see in this posting. As I did with my last BJ post…I’m leaving BJ’s email address in my copy and paste. So, anyone who wants to write the worthless bitch can do so.

Since you have chosen to start attacking me with your ridiculous assertions of what I have or have not accomplished, and done so without explaining specifically how you came to your ridiculous conclusions, I am left to assume. I hate assuming. So why not just tell me?
You seem to have this idea that I paid Shorty for his interview or that I got paid. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Francke brothers paid Shorty. I didn’t, and I got nothing. No splitting the money with Shorty, NOTHING!
You, better than anyone, should know you can’t believe what you read in the papers. Right Billy? I’d havta go back and check the tribune articles, but I’m pretty sure the Trib simply mentioned Shorty was paid $1000 for his interview. I don’t think they specifically said who paid him, but of course it implied it was me since I’m the one who befriended Shorty and made the interview possible. Funny thing is, the Trib knew the Francke’s paid him $3000. So why say it was $1000? Tell ya in a minute. Curiously, when the Francke’s met me to bring the money they only gave me $1000, with the promise of the other $2000 the next day. I was expected to go back to Shorty and still sell him on the interview under the new terms. Kinda like goin back to the drug dealer and telling him here’s 1/3 now and they want you to front the rest. Haha! How I ever convinced him is beyond me. Maybe it’s because I garnered his trust or he felt he owed me cuz for the past month I’d loaned him money, did fiberglass work on his corvette and painted it in my shop, and did countless other favors for him. I brought him and his kind around my family, and did it all in search of the truth. The amount of time I spent with Shorty so the whole thing could happen is worth much more than the $3000 the Francke’s spent. The $1000 up front deal was purposely done to appease the warped sense of truth in the Trib reporters. They could say it was $1000 cuz that’s all they saw, even though they knew $2000 was to follow. Why mention it at all unless you’re going to be 100% truthful? You figure it out Billy. You’re a smart guy.

I found Shorty living three miles from my home in Portland by asking someone to run a DMV check. It was that simple. This after Kevin Francke led me on three wild goose chases up to Auburn, WA where Kevin said he was living. Phil was against me looking for Shorty. He was worried I’d end up dead or something. What a crock, huh?
Phil and a couple others in the media have been spinning stories about Frank’s case for years now, and have been getting paid for everything they have done. Frank’s family have done nothing other than put money on his books. Then there’s Kevin, the brother of the victim. Is anyone surprised at his attempts to find the truth? Of course not! He’s family.
Then there’s me. A guy with no connection to either family, and a guy who didn’t even know Frank. A guy who simply decided to step up and do something instead of sitting back and wondering why nobody else was doing something. A guy who had a dad that was a corrupt cop, and a guy who had himself been a drug dealer/user and had lived in that world. I decided to create a website so I could compile every bit of info, every story ever written, etc, and put it in one place in an attempt to create some sort of vehicle informing others of Frank’s plight. Naturally I included some of my own opinions such as Scott McAlister being responsible for the hit.
I didn’t have a clue how to make a website Billy. I spent well over a year working practically 16 hours a day teaching myself how, and reading everything I could get my hands on to inform myself about the case. All this for a guy I didn’t even know. Not to mention the toll it exacted on my marriage. I didn’t ask anyone for permission or expect anything in return other than hopefully playing some part in getting Frank freed.
I could go on and continue to explain things further, but what’s the point? I don’t care what you or anyone else thinks about me. I know in my heart what my intentions are, and that’s all I need to concern myself with.
What I find absolutely ridiculous is how you accuse me of hurting Frank’s chances of freedom because Shorty got paid for his interview. Tell it to the Francke’s. They paid him, not me. I just found the fuck and got him to tell me if he lied or not. It was Phil and Kevin who were hot to get me to convince Shorty to do an interview with the Trib. I wrote everything down after I first met Shorty and sent it to Kevin. Here take a look…
Anyway, I could go on about how the whole thing played out, but don’t have the time, and besides, I know what up and that’s all that matters.
What really gets me is how YOU accuse me of fucking Frank. The guy who alleges to have actually seen the murder and who has kept quiet about it until now.
With that said, for you, of all people, to accuse me of fucking up Frank’s chances of freedom is completely absurd! Point your guilty conscience elsewhere.
What I have learned Billy is that the Francke’s and the media have been using me and playing me much the same way you’ve been played by the media, Anderson, Dunn, etc. I have so much evidence of that it’s ridiculous, and would fill a book. A book I may write someday, and if I make any money on that it will be because I earned it. I expect nothing for free. I know the truth, and you know the truth. THEY have been trying to discredit me ever since the Shorty thing. Do I worry somebody? THEY have spent years discrediting you Billy. Do you worry somebody?
Let’s talk about Pam who has spent a couple of years attempting to befriend me and garner my trust. That’s easy enough to do if you are a contributor and not just a passerby. Pam contributed some good work and I am appreciative of her contributions. I can’t do it all or necessarily the best. I just do what I can and hope others will follow my lead. Multiple heads are better than one. So why did she all of a sudden betray me and forward an email I sent her to you. Nothing I wouldn’t have said in that email directly to you if given the chance, but she didn’t give me the chance. Obviously her intentions were to turn you against me. If you or her either one had issues with me why not direct your questions directly at me? Why didn’t you email me after you got that email and ask me why I said this or that? Communication Billy.
Instead, you fall in the trap. I’ve never met Pam and always suspected her true intentions. With all I’ve learned it would be foolish to trust anyone, now wouldn’t it? Just ask yourself why she would throw away all the trust she has garnered with me to discredit me in your eyes? Again Billy, you’re a smart guy. I really don’t need to explain, do I?
I never sent your emails to anyone at the trib. I did tell Jim Redden you said you witnessed the murder and about the knife getting stuck. That’s it! Besides, you told me to talk to them. You were all about getting a press conference together. You even told me to contact Nigel. If you don’t remember, maybe it’s because of your meds. Reread your emails you sent me. I never shared your emails with the trib because they weren’t interested. They think you’re a flake, and I even told you that. Redden had nothing but good to say about Bruce Anderson, and my last email to him was all the shit Pam had dug up on Bruce. I told Redden that I basically begged to differ with his opinion of Bruce.
I heard that Pam is fearful I’ll get everyone killed with my mouth. Probably cuz I wrote her telling her I was gonna post everything on the website about what you told me cuz I’m tired of waiting for the media to do anything and tired of playing games. I fully expected her to write back and talk to me about it, but instead she betrays me in an attempt to discredit me in your eyes, and severs all communication with me.
Saying something and doing something are two different things. Wouldn’t you agree Billy? Besides, I’m so sick of scared fucks! I’ve put myself and my family out there with everything I’ve done, and the biggest probably being how I confronted that sick pedophile McAlister. Anyone who is scared should just go run and hide. BTW, I thought these were the qualities you admired in me. Why did you come to me in the first place? Wasn’t it because you admired all the things that now you’re attacking me on? Go figure!
As I said earlier…I created the website to inform others. Much has happened that I have witheld for one reason or another. Maybe to curb my impulsiveness or spontanaiety and wait for the proper time. Maybe to give others or the media enough time to do whatever, I don’t know.
What I do know now is I’m sick of all the bullshit. Sick of being attacked by people who don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Sick of motherfuckers pointing their fingers at me for whatever when I’m the only one doing something. It’s fucking crazy! Not surprised though. I knew what I was getting myself into. I just had to do it to see if it played out how I suspected it might.
Now we come to you contacting me and sharing what you know. What am I supposed to do with it? You wanted to hold a press conference and tell the world. I haven’t seen any press conferences. So might as well put it up on the site. Did you come to me and tell me your story and ask me to keep it quiet? No! You came to me asking me to help you obtain a press conference. Even wanted me there by your side.
If I put your story on the website will it put your life in danger or Pam’s? Why should I give a fuck when all you are doing is attacking me? Much the same way motherfuckers who don’t have a clue have been attacking you over the years. You’re doing the same to me that MFers have been doing to you. You should know better. Besides, I didn’t think you were scared. Should I care if Pam gets whacked? Hell no! She betrayed me and has her own agenda obviously.
My website simply contains everything that was wriiten about this case, as well as my personal experiences with Shorty and McAlister, and those experiences are truthfully written, even down to the part about me eventually getting high with him. I have nothing to hide, and I’ve always hoped that that type of honesty would help others to believe in me more. That seemed to be the case with you in the beginning. What happened?
Meg Hanson seems to be the only one with good info who isn’t scared. She brought her story about seeing the MIPS and actually wrote it all down so all I had to do was copy and paste it on the site. No one is paying any attention and she’s still alive and kicking.
If I put your story up no-one will probably pay any attention to it either. You can’t prove anything, and the passage of time has made it even more difficult, and you wanna point the finger at me for fucking up Frank’s chances of freedom? Take a look in the mirror Billy.

Take care of yourself Billy. That’s what I’m mostly spending my time doing these days. Since I last talked to you I’ve been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Was pissin like every 15 minutes so went to the doctor. Fuckin blood sugar was at 556! I spent the night in the hospital while they brought it down and they sent me home on oral meds. I take two pills a day. It’s all good. I’m workin out at the gym and am on a 2000 calorie diet that is working quite well. I weighed in at 269 at my diagnosis, and weigh 250 now. Feeling much better and have much more energy. My ideal weight is 225. So I got 25 more pounds to lose. Piece of cake! Speaking of cake…wish I had a slice! Haha! Ah, I still get dessert. Just sugar free stuff that tastes pretty good really, and of course diet pop. Doc said I’m on track to beat this shit. Said I can make it go away with diet and exercise and getting in shape.
I do love a challenge…
