Forensic Psychology Class In UK Studies Michael Francke Murder

Posted: May 14, 2010 in Francke Case
About a month ago I was contacted by one of the students of a Forensic Psychology class in the UK asking for permission to download crime scene photos and other material from my website. Apparently their professor had picked the Francke case due to the enormous amount of information available on the internet, namely from my website.
They have been studying the Behavior Evidence Analysis approach to offender profiling. The fact that Frank is still in custody and there are major issues with his conviction really fired the minds of the students.
Three completed profiles have been chosen to share with me and I have received the first today. Needless to say, none of the profiles have come up with offender characteristics which should have led to a conviction for Frank.
I will share these profiles once I have received permission.

I would like more information please. Where is the evidence that was obtained by all of the investigators? Where is it physically on this day? How can we get samples to the Forensic Psychology Class? How does a person request or otherwise obtain samples for review to get a profile on the blonde hair and perhaps blood samples, etc. for their study purposes? This is an excellent study in Behavior Evidence Analysis and I would like to participate in an effort to obtain DNA data on every piece of evidence currently available. We can record in a journal all of the retaliatory activities as a result of the pursuit. There is already a lot of backlash going on since you know who was put on the pedestal before Teddy becomes a civilian subject to manipulative social abuses as a result of him having not done so before leaving office. How convenient. How frightening this is, having a Hitler type for a judge in the capitol city county seat. Supreme Court ruled in 2009 DNA evidence for the defense should fall in the jurisdiction of local regulation. That is scarier yet. We will see what goes down next, as the Texas decision is critical to the greater need. Although this may come from left field somewhere, I think it is tragic and shameful that the United States has been treating the Mother country real bad lately. Specifically, the BP spill and all of the finger-pointing and bickering that occurred and has followed to this day. As in the Michael Francke case, things are not what they appear to be here. I strongly suspect something more for three reasons, it happened on April 20, the Louisiana people have been double whammied facing now a third threat with the weather approaching, and Halliburton in concert with Trans Ocean declined responsibility or participation in the resolution along with the rest of the U.S., with the continued arguing instead of getting the problem resolved. What a waste of time. What a waste of people. Shameful. We cannot do anything to bring Michael Francke back other than carry on his genetic code through his other family members, a good thing. Had Michael Francke lived, that does not neccessarily mean that fate would of not somehow otherwise brought Kevin and Liz together as there is no true way to predict that. I believe the justice system is in violation of Frank Gable’s civil rights as well as many other Oregonians. At this late date, we could really use some objective outside assistance to profile all of these important details, with evidence. Somehow, some way we must make some kind of cooperative effort to get the truth out. Apparently, Dale Penn has already decided for us that it is in the best interest of the privileged few that we do not have access to the truth. It’s derivative lottery logic. The new ethics science. Have fun, students. For safety purposes, I am going back to my cave now. Tell Tony the Tiger Hayward there is an old Louisiana saying, "When you are up to your ass in alligators, it is hard to get out of the swamp." which was a common adage from the Texas oil magnates 1970’s. I do wish him well and hope that the latest efforts to plug the well will work. I also wondered why we have not yet hired skimmers out of the Netherlands, all we can get ASAP. Are we too proud and arrogant as a country to admit our mistakes, our wrongdoings, our shortcomings and just try to work together for a better life and well being for all? They have been saying for some time that there is a recession globally. This has been going on for too long and I would say this has escalated to Depression proportions and there are severe consequences of negative Behavior Evidence Analysis. Said before and again, we cannot build a better future around falsified evidences of the past. To build a better future, we must do right and sincerely contribute and focus on a concentrated effort to be right in the beginning. As it is, we all sit around, waiting and watching, without the access to the way to get there. Just ask Rob and the rest of the few of us, here we are webbed together some five years later, waiting for permission to get to the evidence to set the record straight. It is like Tim used to say, "There’s no response like no response" –

Good ‘ol Rhonda…comes out of her cave every so often, gets spun, logs on and spews a buncha horseshit, then retreats back to her cave.

  3. Ex-Salem says:

hmm, I wonder how much confusion cultural differences make in profiling. At least it is not China doing it.I will be interested in seeing what they say.

  4. Rob says:

I posted links to three profiles in the blog post directly after this one, or before sort of as the latter posts come first as you scroll down. Just in case you missed them.
