I initially missed the BJH email forward from you, but did find it buried in a bunch of emails (related to my son’s business) and read it.
I am having problems sending out emails again, and incoming is going into the wrong folders. My son was here from Seattle just changed things on my email for me while he was here, so hopefully it will get better..He switched my email server to another one he has, so far so good today.
That was kind of Frank to send his art to you for a Christmas present. It would be nice if you could scan it, with his permission of course, and put it on your website, for the public to view. He is truly talented at art, from what you have shared with me before.
I bet you were busy with pizza flinging during the holidays! We ate pizza (delivered) at least three times for dinner last week, LOL.
Take care, pam

Hi Billy—
I enjoyed our conversation the other day.
I saw the email posting you sent in to our Website.
Note from Rob: When I first read this I hadn’t a clue what Nigel was talking about, and it’s obvious from Billy’s reply below that he didn’t either. Later I found a post Billy had made on the "Who Knew" story at the WW website. The post was made on Dec. 14, 2007.
Obviously this was what Nigel was referring to. It confused Billy and I both because an email is different than a message post on a website.
There’s a lot of heavy stuff in there and I just want to make sure you want it posted for others
to read.
Also, because some of what’s in there is new information for many people,
I want to ask you to maintain exclusive conversation with me. I’m willing
to do the reporting necessary to confirm the story you told me about
having witnessed Francke’s stabbing. To confirm that story is going to
take a lot of time and work. I’m anxious to do the work but want to make
sure that when I do, I’ll be the only reporter you are talking to.
Finally, I’m heading to the east coast on Thursday to spend the holidays
with my wife’s family. I’m swamped until I leave and so would like to
postpone our next meeting until the first week of January, if that’s okay
with you.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Regards.

Hi Rob Taylor’
I heard from Nigel with some great questions, but my head was pounding with a fractured skull headaches, which is about 10 times worse than a normal headache. I feel Nigel really believes in me Rob, like you believe in Frank Gable as I do, but this is your FREE FRANK GABLE website man, and yours only bro! I’ll let you know more tommorrow, I saw for the 3rd time in 10 days a OSP-oregon state police car drive down my street, and that is strange!
your friend BJH

Billy,
Be cool with the .357 Bro!
Nigel and I exchanged emails over the weekend. He’s supposed to call today or tomorrow. Yes, I think he believes in you Billy. He’s a good reporter, and he believes in Frank’s innocence. He said he was gonna try to set up another meeting with you this week.
Listen, a question that everyone is gonna be asking if your story goes to print is…"why did you wait until now to tell your story?"
Might be a good idea to compile all your reasons into the shortest statement possible. Know what I mean?
I’ll let ya know how our phone call goes.

Nigel,
So what was your take on what Billy had to say?
One of the most intriguing points to me that Billy mentioned was how Tim stabbed Francke near the car and the knife got stuck. According to Billy Tim chased after Francke as he stumbled toward the front sidewalk of the dome building where Tim pulled the knife out. Billy’s recollection of that seems very vivid.
That would account for the blood droplets beginning on the sidewalk leading north toward the steps to the North Portico.
I’ve always wondered why the blood droplets began midway between the front steps and the north portico steps which is not a direct route from the car to the north portico. It would indicate Francke may have initially headed toward the front entrance of the dome building then changed direction toward the north portico. Possibly after Tim pulled the knife out.
Then there’s Wayne Hunsacker’s account of seeing two men near Francke’s car, and…well…you know about that, right? Personally I have never been convinced Hunsacker was honest with his statement. Might’ve had the fear put in him by someone or been paid to say whatever. Who knows? Just a hunch, that’s all. I’d love to talk to Hunsacker though.
I have always found it ironic that the theory the cops spun for the prosecution with their investigation was always fairly close to the way this thing probably went down. They just replaced Tim with Frank, and made up the car burglary thing.
So…"should we believe this man?" Does Billy just have a personal vendetta against Bruce Anderson, and that’s what compelled him to conjure up his story?
It’s an interesting one if you approach it with an open mind.

I’m getting impatient, especially since I haven’t heard from you in over a month.
