I’m completely with you on the Meg Hansen thing too! We need to pool our efforts & help her identify this guy!
As to JR….I think his daddy jacked off in a flower pot too…& raised a "Blooming Idiot!" Have you ever noticed that him & Rhonda Weber always seem to have something either totally stupid or totally wrong when they post & it’s nearly always about the same time. Another thing they both do that pisses me off is accusations they seem to do a lot of….aimed at various people. They seem to think that there is some sort of corruption hidden under every fucking rock near who every they happen to be targeting at the time.
I post things sometimes to them & maybe throw them a "Good Boy" or "Good Girl" bone for the sole purpose of controling them. You probably have already picked up on this & can see that I now have them in a frame of mind that I am changing their attitudes towards trying to be nicer, if in fact they feel that they "Must Post Here!" We don’t need more assholes coming in here & causing hate & discontent! Between you & I….I would be VERY happy if rw, JR, LG, Jasmin & maybe RD NEVER came here & posted ever again.
None of them seem to ever bring anything positive to the table….just bullshit, anger & a big fucking ego! Other than squeezing off a few rounds in all of their little brains…The best we can do at the moment & try & "Lead by Example!"
Here’s a little different kind of news but keep in quiet for now. DP called me early this morning & said that he shot & killed a sandnigger in Iraq yesterday. He said he saw the guy in the top floor of a 3 story building in a large window & used his rifle scope to check the guy out. The guy had a small telescope & a cell phone in his hand & was VERY interested in the convoy that DP was in. DP was traveling from one satellite site to another to do some work for the military.
After he shot the motherfucker, the Army cleared the whole area & an Army Major picked up the cell phone that the sandnigger had in his hand…& pushed "Send" & 6 IED’s (Roadside Bombs) blew up. The Army CID’s & MP’s said that the bombs would have killed as many as 15 soldiers. So about 20 GI’s all bought DP a case of beer each for saving their lives. DP took all 20 cases of beer & threw a party but when I talked to him…he sounded like he drank ALL 20 cases by himself!
He was all fucked up & said he had a really bad headache. He also said that since nobody but the sandnigger got killed or hurt that the government probably won’t clear it to be released to the news media for awhile. DP said he took a lot of pictures of the sandnigger & the area mainly because the sandnigger might have a "Dead or Alive" reward on his head from the US Government.
There was no ID or paperwork on the motherfucker. Some of those assholes have anywhere from $5,000,000.00 to a $25,000,000.00 price on their heads. DP also said that if he gets a big reward that we…& about a thousand of our closest friends are going to the Bahama’s for an "All Expence Paid" vacation. So that means…for sure…me, DP, you & your family, Kevin & his family might need to start packing for a two week trip to some really warm weather! Are you game for that?

(Note from Rob: I was looking for Steven Daniels, Louise Glass’s ex-husband. I already knew Robert Daniels was alleged to be Louise’s son.)
He’s in Mathis Texas…near Corpus Christy Texas. He’ll tell you different but he & LG have both sent me e-mail & it appears that the IP address & the GUID number are the same. I have access to software through DP & we tracked it to Mathis Texas…about 2 blocks from Lake Corpus Christie. When DP gets back…I can get him to get you a hard address. I know she’s a snitch…if she’s not a badge carring cop or a badge carring agent for the feds….then she’s a fucking snitch.
Lots of years ago when a few Oregon laws got changed…I wasn’t able to buy reagent P2P anymore…but I could everything else without leaving a trail. I was told by Ben Thomlinson & Norm Normile…both former OSP inmates that it could be had for a price through Coyote Chemical. I declined for several reasons. I knew several other cooks that had cooked for years without getting busted…then did business with Coyote Chemical & shortly there after….got busted.
His reagent P2P was going for as little as $200.00 for 500 mils & would produce a pound….2 pounds if you cut it 1 to 1….worth about $20,000.00 wholesale when finished. Everybodies credit was good with Coyote Chemical! Think about it…what could someone (Cops) use to attract just meth cooks? Very damn few of us actually knew how to make P2P.
I’m skilled in 11 different ways to make reagent P2P using 1 of three different types of acitate (Lead, Sodium & Potasium) all based on phynelacidic acid. Thats just like the P2P that Russ Parker here in Salem was trying to sell to all of the local cooks. 15 cooks paid for it but only one of them actually received it…Gary Tull…& the cops shot & killed him during the bust. The other 14 got raided & busted for having precursers, glassware & several of the other chemicals needed to make it.
Louis Glass is a WELL KNOWN SNITCH & no body connected to her can ever be trusted either! I actually know people that will pay good money for her address. I’m not getting involved with anything connected to her….ever!
I also knew about JR attempting to blow up Polk County court house…in fact…the hole he drilled are still there.

As to clearing Tim’s name…that would take a lot of fucking work! I can’t account for his actual whereabouts on the actual night of the murder. I thought I could until Kevin clued me in on the time line…I was off by one day. I related both of our whereabouts based on the morning we heard about the murder on the news…then worked backwards…thinking that the first news broadcast happened on the 19th. Actually it was broadcasted on the 20th….so I can account for Tim on the 18th, 19th & 20th…but not the 17th.
A lot of people saw Tim as a stone cold asshole & to them…he probably was! But to DP & I he was just another one of the neighborhood kids that liked to camp & ride dirt bikes with us & was basically a pretty good kid. The three of us never ever had any bad words or feelings between us…even as adults.
The only part I’m sticking to is that his z car was in my possession in my shop long before Franke was murdered & for months afterwards. Also…the fact that Tim was in fact with me all night before the morning he was shot.
Other than that…I don’t feel a need to defend his actions any further than that. Anything bad that someone says about him past what I have said…may very well be true.

Lets start with Bill Storm for now. I got to know Bill really well while doing a short 90 day stretch in Marion County Jail for drop kicking a cop in the teeth during a drug raid. I didn’t mean to but the basterds kicked in a door just 4 feet from where I was sleeping. I didn’t realize what I had done until a few moments later.
Bill was in for something to do with a meth lab…I don’t remember what the actual charges were. Seems like he got pulled over at 3:00am in his loud exhaust Camaro right after he had left the lab, had a bottle of p2p in his jacket pocket & smelled really "Propie." Bill has learned a lot & grown up a lot over the years. Bill is NOT a rat. If you want something from him…just ask & he’ll probably give it to you. But if someone tries to force it out of him by threats or violance…he’ll stand his ground & fight til death. Bill Storm is as solid as they come!
The last time I saw Bill was about 7 or 8 years ago…right after he got out of the joint. He came out to my farm in the country to visit for awhile…nothing connected to the Francke murder. If you have specific information you need about Bill…just ask & I’ll see what I can do.
Dennis Gause was also in MCJ the same time Bill & I were. I don’t know a lot about Dennis but we did hang out for a while. We were banging the same chick (Diane Bell) for awhile & often laughed about it. Dennis is also a solid dude & has been the whole time that I knew him.
(Note from Rob: I actually met and got to know Dennis Gause through Shorty. Nothing I saw supported Spier’s claims that Gause was "a solid dude," EVER!)
Curtis Coffin used to be an OSP guard that finally got overwhelmed by his addiction to meth & coke. He’s a really big guy & looks a lot like "Silvester Stalone" in the face. Curtis & I were in the same drug treatment group for about two years so we were pretty close. I remember when he did his "First Step" he talked a lot about how he got there but I don’t remember anything ever being said about OSP or corruption. Former inmates were always telling me about him & that if you needed anything brought into OPS…he used to be the guy that could get it in for you. Curtis never shared any of that with me. Some or most of this stuff could be rumors or made up…or maybe its all true? ? ?
Enough about names for now. I’ve seen where Meg Hansen’s name has appeared a few times but the truth is…I don’t know anything about her or her story. Can you direct me to the link/s where I can read up on what she has had to say? Also what was her part in all of this & how did she come across her story?
There are a couple that I met years ago that claimed to know everything about the murder & what little info I was able to gather seemed to be real. Their names were Leon Sullens & Dawnelle Hays. Leon looks either korean or japaneese, about 5’8" w/ long 15" or so black hair. Dawnelle or Dee is about 5’10" with long Red hair. I later found out that they were both rats for a local cop named Randy Hicks…& evidently had been for 5 or 6 years.
Both of their names are well known in the joint because of their snitch activity. These two are the worst kind of snitches…they not only snitch people of but they lie & even plant evidence to make themselves look better. I just bet they were instructed to do that by Randy Hicks…He’s the crooked cop type!
LG posted something this morning about "The Looney Toons" are back on your site…meaning JR, Jeanette with her dream & RW. She’s right! If I were you…I would NOT let those three post anything unless it gets sent to YOU first for approval & maybe a lot of editing!
They are making your site look really bad & people aren’t taking you serious because of them & people like them. It’s not just me that has noticed this…everyone says about the same thing. Hell..We all know that JR is a spun monkey, RW has extensive brain damage from not getting treatment for the clap when she was whoreing for Lynn Jenkins at the townhouses & then there’s Jeanette & that STUPID FUCKING DREAM that has nothing to do with anything.
Most of the time you come up with some really good & creditable stuff but as soon as you post it…out comes one or more of your village idiots & your creditability & hard work go right out the fucking window. But Hey….It’s your site! Good Luck!

I guess what really struck a nerve with me & really pissed me off the most…& brought this to a head was when he gave up your mom & hung her out to dry & did it on his fucking web site so billions of people could see it.
Does he fucking realize that when he did that…He just put her life in danger? If he has a fucking bone to pick with her…then he should have taken it to her by e-mail or personal message…NOT put it out there for the whole fucking world to see. It doesn’t matter who she was way back when…who she is now…whats in her past or whats in her future….That was just plane fucking WRONG!
Then later on Rob & I started e-mailing each other…not a lot…but enough…& he told me that LG was really Louise Glass & that she was & still is a snitch for various cops & feds here in Oregon. Now he’s gone & hung her out to dry…yet again! He’s never met me or talked to me on the phone & has only e-mailed me a few times but yet he’s giving me….a total fucking stranger…all of this personal information about your mother & hanging her out to fucking to dry once again. Again….This Is Fucking Wrong!
Now on the other hand…Kevin Franke says just the opposit. Kevin says she’s damn good people…not just good people…but…DAMN GOOD PEOPLE! Kevin said she’s got a lot of balls & it took a lot of guts for her to come forward….what ever…FORWARD…. means. He conciders her a really good friend & speaks highly of her.
Our conversation about your mother was very brief & then we moved on to something else. So who do you think I’m going to believe about your mother? Answer: Kevin…without a doubt!
Now for the part about you! He said that you were Hoyt Cupps office clerk & you were running a clandestite company called Coyote Chemical from that office. Now you had already asked me if I had ever heard of that company & I told you what I knew & that was the total truth.
But I became suspicius because of what Rob had said & the fact that you had asked me about Coyote Chemical right out of the clear blue. It just seemed odd. Rob says YOU are the same Daniels that ran the company from Cupps office. So I began to wonder which one of you were telling the truth.
You had already said that you were NOT the same Daniels & that you were NOT related to the other one….& I have NO reason NOT to believe you were…in fact…telling me the truth. Well…to be honest…I really didn’t care at the time but then Rob brought it up again & said he needed to find you in order to get all of the Franke Murder information he needed from you & that you had "Dropped off of the face of the earth back in 1987."
There’s a lot more but we’ll get to all of that another time. I think you get the jist of what he’s up to by now.
Now do you see all of this proof that confirms what he’s really all about? Remember…I told you weeks ago that I would flush him out & I did! I only sent him one of your e-mails then wrote a couple nasties that slammed you a little just to scare him into a panic & it worked! Sorry for the slam & slander but it was necessary to complete the task at hand.
Once I knew I had his crap out in the open…I sent him a couple of e-mails letting him know that I thought it was chickenshit of him to hang me out to dry like he did. Then the final nail in his coffin was to delete my membership on his site to cause him to panic even more. It worked! I checked his site from work & I see he has locked out the public so that only members could get in. Now he’s running scared!
Now for the $64.00 question…Didn’t I tell you weeks ago that I was going to do this? I just didn’t say how I was going to do it. Truth be known….I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it but I was just waiting for more evidence & sitting tight until I could pick & choose that magic moment. If you hadn’t of sent me back the e-mail of mine that he sent you…I’d still be waiting! Thats why I sent you an e-mail saying "Thank You for all of your help!" I know my methods are a little out there but the results came out pretty good.
I talked to DP about noon today & he’s on his way back from Iraq. I explained all that has happened since yesterday about Rob & I’m pretty sure he & a few dozen of his closest friends are going to Portland to visit Rob. Do you or do you know anyone who might have Rob’s address & phone number? DP asked me to see if I could try & have it by the time he gets back. If you can get it for us…I promice on my white skin & my mothers grave that I’ll never tell where I got it!

Here’s an email from Ron Spier where he claims he visited Greg Johnson while he was in the county jail pending trial for his current conviction. Spier even claims he put $20 on Greg’s books. Judging by Greg’s recent letter to me I highly doubt Spier actually visited Greg. Wouldn’t you agree? This is Spier’s response to a link I sent him to view a pot video I had made.

I liked the video & decided to forward it to Jeanette. If she smoked pot she would likely have a better grip on whats real & whats not!
Greg says the fight was the actual night that Francke was murdered. I asked him how he could be sure that it was the same night & he said that the police had interviewed him & that the fight was one of several reasons that the cops ruled out Tim as a suspect so early in the game. He says he will put this info in a letter & it will be forth coming.
It’s been mine & many others experience in the past that Greg is a ball face liar. No one has ever been able to trust him in any way. Although his information may sound good for Tim…The truth is that in many ways…Greg is much worse than Shorty. I believe Greg would much rather lie than tell the truth. Just between you & I….I would NOT stick my neck out on this info from Greg until I could confirm if from another & more reliable source.
He gave up the info without any promice of money on his books. In fact…money was never mentioned at all during the visit. I did however put $20.00 on his books.
He knows he’ll be convicted of his current charges & is worried about being sent back to prison. The last time he was in was a few months after the Francke murder & he did ALL of his time in protective custody. He is well known as being a rat. It’s my guess that he’s trying to rat his way out of some of his current charges. I don’t remember what charges he actually did time for but I remember that he was somehow involved in the murder of Edward D Haffey’s (a former cook) ex-girlfriend.
John Brey & Will Steiner actually committed the murder. Ed Haffey knew about it & got a 12 year deal to testify against John Brey. Greg was involved with all three of them & the victum. Most recently Ed Haffey attempted a murder for hire for his boss & his intended victum strangled him to death.

I knew of Ed but had never met him until we met on the weight pile at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institute (EOCI). We used to walk the track a lot & talk. Ed had planned to get back into a recycling business upon his release. Guess he isn’t going to make it! That must have been one bad ass nurse that killed him. Ed was 5’9" at about 180 lbs. She was 5’7" & weighed about 260. She had about 80 pounds on him.

I’m fine with being in the background for several reasons…one is I don’t have to take any attacks to my posts. I’m not looking for my 15 minutes of fame because I’ve already had it a couple of times….like when my lab got busted.
I made all the news channels then…but was never convicted for it. The charges started out pretty nasty but got whittled down to a conspericy & I won that one on an appeal. I got lucky!
I often see some people trying to hang on to the "Old Days" thru your site…back at the peak of their drug use when they must have thought their lives really meant something or maybe they thought that that was their peak. Sometimes I find something useful if you can carve off all of the tweek & get to the heart of the matter….but not very often!
Most of Kevin’s info came from tweeks that were tweeking at his expence & willing to say what he wanted to hear at the time. They had motive to say what they said at the time….dope! He should go back…find the one’s that are off the dope & start all over. I bet his views would be different on everything.
I remember hearing tweeks at the Eastwood Bowling Alley asking other tweeks if they would like to go with them to see Kevin Francke & get high for free. All they had to do was tell him a bunch of bullshit & the dope was free. I’ve never shared this with Kevin. Back then….Every doper had their motive….the big bag or to get money for the big bag. During the Francke murder investigation…all of these dopers started coming out of every nic & crany trying for the reward, dope or what ever they could get for their bullshit.
Tim being Tim may have said something to someone to try & act like he was involved or knew something in some way to try & act like a big shot. He wasn’t really any different than any other doper/tweeker. He was completely full of bullshit too…only he had a better source for dope than most. Thats probably what made him stand out a little more than most. In a lot of ways back then….I wasn’t much different either!
The only thing that set me apart from most of the tweeks was that I entered drug treatment & got clean years before the rest of them. Most of the people in my circle…within a few months…got clean too & we all stopped messing with the dope, got jobs, got healthy & got a life. The rest all fell or died one by one or went to prison. Most are still doing the dope & leading the life & are homeless. It’s sad but it’s their choice!
I feel strongly that Frank, Shorty, Jody, Tim or any dopers at all had anything to do with Francke’s murder. It had to come from inside corrections. There was only one motive for his death…to keep him exposing the corruption. Also I’ve never considered Karen Steele an ally in doing anything to help Frank. Her priors are just the opposite.
My guess is Greg is looking to get bailed out somehow. If Kevin bailed out Jodie recently, maybe Greg caught wind of it. Just a speculation. I don’t know and really don’t care. It stands to reason Greg doesn’t know shit, and even if he does it aint gonna help unless it’s something that can be argued in an appellate motion. The guys a criminal! Aint nobody paying attention to Meg who is clean as a whistle. Why would anyone pay attention to what this guy has to say?
We’ve already got an argument of exculpatory evidence that was suppressed (Meg’s story) and don’t have a lawyer to argue it or anyone to support that argument like Kevin or Francine, so what could this dude possibly have to say that would have more credibility than Meg Hanson. If Kevin or Francine ran with anything this criminal said over what Meg has brought to the table that would be ludicrous.
Sorry to sound so pessimistic, but damn, there aint even an appellate court to argue to yet under the circumstances. Hadley missed the deadline for filing an appeal on the ex post facto issue, so now we gotta wait for his motion for an extension of time to be addressed. If that motion is granted then we gotta wait for the appellate court to rule once again on that same ol waste of time argument.
All this waiting for a waste of time argument before we can go to the federal level.
So if dude has anything worthwhile to say, I say Kevin needs to get busy and hear it. How making phone calls to you spreading gossip is accomplishing anything is beyond me. No offense.
Sounds like Kevin’s still playing games. He must be fishing for something he thinks he needs to get out of you surreptitiously. Maybe he’s just trying to make out like he’s doing something.

Kevin Francke disputes Ron Spier’s claim that Kevin told him about Greg Johnson’s attempt to come forward with info. In hindsight, we now know that Spier’s claim of Johnson attempting to come forward was true. If Kevin didn’t tell him, who did?
In hindsight, we now know that Johnson’s attempts to come forward were apparently falling on deaf ears from 2/25/07-6/25/07, as Tim Kellcy emailed me on 6/25/07 concerning info they wished to share, and also contacted the Willamette Week on the same day. By February of 2007 it was not uncommon in my opinion to see Kevin Francke ignore potential worthwhile information. He has ignored every single piece of info that has been obtained through my website since the Shorty recantment.
According to Spier, Kevin shared the info with him during a phone call. That means it’s Kevin’s word against Ron’s word. I never told Kevin that Spier had informed me of Greg Johnson’s attempt to come forward until months later. I also never received word from Kevin himself of this fact.
I believe Kevin did indeed tell Spier about Greg Johnson. Just don’t know why unless there’s some connection between Spier and Liz, and Kevin is attempting to keep it from being uncovered.
Kevin himself has been attempting to discredit Greg Johnson from the beginning. Why? Apparently the WW has "come to believe what Greg Johnson is saying." The following is an email I received from Kevin Francke just a couple of weeks or so ago. Right after I received the letter from Greg Johnson…

Bent over a bartop, huh Kevin? LOL! Kevin used to tell me Shorty was "on the no-option plan" prior to Shorty agreeing to an interview with the Trib, yet when presented with numerous opportunities for him to tell Shorty that himself, he didn’t exercise those opportunities.

Ya know, when she first came to me it was because she said she got pissed off at Kevin’s attitude, and that he had rubbed her the wrong way or something. Such is the case with many others as well.
Don’t know what her game is, don’t really care either, but her actions seem to point at trying to disrupt anything being done for Frank.
Ya know, when I jumped into this all I expected to do was create a website that would inform others of Frank’s plight. Francine and the Francke’s came at me with who are you and why are you doing this?
It was like none of them could imagine someone with no connection whatsoever would take the time to do what I did, and none of them really have any idea how much time I’ve devoted. It’s incomprehensible to them. I never imagined in a million years I would actually find Shorty and accomplish what I did. Just goes to show ya what persistence can do. There is so much I’ve learned that I haven’t written about…YET!
Anyway, the website has become a very good source of information in my opinion. I’ve tried to publish the truth as I personally have learned it. Whether folks agree or not makes no difference to me. I’ve never cared what others think of me.
Biggest surprise of all was was my dad was right about one thing. People who have done nothing will try to rain on your parade, ride in your parade, and steal your parade or something like that.

As I’ve said before, my only problem with Louise Glass is her reluctance to share what she claims to know with Nigel Jaquiss in the wake of Greg Johnson’s claims that Natividad was paid $20,000 by Hoyt Cupp.

I first met Tim through my kids & he used to go camping with us. Then I lost track of him for a few years then reconnected with him again in the drug world & then we started hanging out a lot.
We’re pretty sure the fight happened on the 17th but we could be wrong or off by a day. My point is…that Greg Johnson will lie about anything….just to be lying.
Yes…I remember Liz’s trial & how she was bailed out prior to the trial but I don’t remember the dates. It’s all a matter of record.

I never knew or heard of Liz prior to Tim’s Death. I knew Anthony because he & my son Eric used to play together. They both lived on Iberis street off of north Lancaster. So I don’t know if they were ever married. It’s my guess they weren’t.
Never heard of Samuel Cornejo before now. Kevin was the only person telling me about Greg contacting Karen Steele & that was a couple of months ago. Nothing new since then.

Dr. Bob was Bob Hersha who is now dead…cause unknown. The guy that tought 12 of us how to cook was Bob Horton…also known as "The Wizzard." Bob Horton died of brain cancer a few years ago & so have most of his other students & close friends that used to work with him.
Bob Hersha was more of a thief…small time drug dealer…wannabe whatever. I knew him pretty well as I rented him my barn for a few months. He started doing really weird stuff out there so I sent him down the road.
I stand corrected…I claimed Spier was taught how to cook meth by Dr. Bob Hersha. I had Dr. Bob confused with Bob Horton apparently.
